The services are organized due to the given information by the client. It is up to the client to inform to us for any changes. You can change or modify the booking up to 48 hours before your arrival. You only have to send us an e-mail with the modifications.
Will I receive a booking receipt?
We will send received payment and voucher by email, if you donĀ“t receive email confirmation from us please check your spam box.
How to Book Baby Seat and Wheelchairs?
Baby Seat and Wheelchairs is on additional cost, please put note on your booking. Baby seats are not available on shared transfers or Join tours - only on private and VIP / Premier Transfers. Wheelchairs should be indicated in the observation field. For security and space reasons, please book a private transfer.
Where will I meet the driver or representative staff?
With your booking confirmation we will send you also all the necessary information like the meeting point with your driver or our representative staff, pick up times and contact numbers, in case of delays, please advise the local transport provider immediately. If you have problems to locate your driver or representative staff, please contact our local Supplier 24/7 assistance.
How shall I pay the reservation booking?
Payment must be paid in advance by credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or PayPal, every payment processed through our platform is safe, secure and protected against fraud.
